Samit Roy - Process Engineering Manager
It is a great honor for me to be part of Taurus family working in Bezhanpetco Refinery at Sulaymaniyah as Process Engineering Head. It provides me immense opportunity to utilize my sound process engineering knowledge and experience within the refinery and outside as well. My journey started in this company in 2018 and due to unforeseen family situation I had to quit this company in 2019. However, the creative environment and management support prevailing in Taurus it attracted me to resume my work again in 2022. Having forty years of experience in several oil refineries under leading companies across the globe I have found that Taurus has given me ample opportunity to share my knowledge and experience to develop young and less experience talents in this company.
Twana Najimalden - Acting General Manager - Behzan Petco
It provides me with great privilege and opportunity to work with various levels of people in the esteemed Bazyan refinery under Taurus arm company for more than fifteen years. My journey with the company started with full of energy and opportunities starting from working level to the management position. The trust, support and confidence of the company owner have allowed me to grow in this company and reach to highest level in the refinery management position to lead about 400 workforces in various disciplines across the refinery. I have amazing experience regarding support and cooperation received from local and expat workforce. The opportunity and exposure that I have received from the company over the past several years have allowed me to build my confidence to work with several other organizations such as Iraqi Oil Ministry, local government authorities, and numerous Engineering companies located in Kurdistan and Iraq. Last but not least I have always enjoyed trust and confidence of our esteemed management and this will allow me to continue to grow further in the company.

Final Interview
The final stage will be face-to-face usually, but in some circumstances via video-conferencing. This will include a general discussion and a more in-depth assessment. At this stage, the interview panel may include a subject-matter expert, In addition to the talent acquisition representative and hiring manager.
Offer Stage, And Onboarding
If you have been successful, we will contact you to discuss the offer. Upon completion of the reference check, we will issue an offer letter for your signature and will begin the onboarding process.
