1.  Job Purpose   

The CSR & Document Control Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation of CSR initiatives while ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and reporting. The role bridges community engagement activities with structured data and document management to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective program delivery.

2.   Main Tasks & Accountabilities

Key Responsibilities

Support CSR Activities
Assist with CSR tasks, including field visits, following up on cases, and communicating with local communities when required.

Data Entry & Reporting Support
Enter and update information related to CSR activities and help prepare simple reports.

Document Filing & Organization
Maintain organized physical and digital files, ensuring documents are easy to find and properly stored.

Coordination & Administrative Support
Support the team with basic administrative tasks and coordinate with internal staff to collect required information and documents.

Works well with others and supports team activities.

Willing to assist different departments when needed.

3. Basic Administrative Skills

Able to handle simple administrative and clerical tasks.

3. Working Environment

Primarily working environment is an office (Brayan Head Office – Qaiwan Tower (As Assigned by Program Director)), with regular travel to project locations.

5.   Background Knowledge & Experience. 

6.1 Education Level – Minimum

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.

6.2 Professional Qualifications

      or licences

Demonstrated knowledge of NGO project cycles and donor-funded programs

Reasonable experience or strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting

Experience with Microsoft Office tools, data collection methods, and reporting systems.

Familiarity with donor compliance and accountability standards.

Basic Administrative Skills

Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

6.3 Work Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation within an NGO or charity organization
