The CSR & Document Control Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation of CSR initiatives while ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and reporting. The role bridges community engagement activities with structured data and document management to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective program delivery. |

2. Main Tasks & Accountabilities |

Key Responsibilities Support CSR Activities Data Entry & Reporting Support Document Filing & Organization Coordination & Administrative Support 2. Teamwork & Cooperation Works well with others and supports team activities. Willing to assist different departments when needed. 3. Basic Administrative Skills Able to handle simple administrative and clerical tasks. 4. Time Management Able to complete tasks on time and follow instructions. 3. Working Environment |

Primarily working environment is an office (Brayan Head Office – Qaiwan Tower (As Assigned by Program Director)), with regular travel to project locations. |

5. Background Knowledge & Experience. |
|||
|
6.1 Education Level – Minimum Preferred |
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field. |

|
6.2 Professional Qualifications or licences |
Demonstrated knowledge of NGO project cycles and donor-funded programs Reasonable experience or strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting Experience with Microsoft Office tools, data collection methods, and reporting systems. Familiarity with donor compliance and accountability standards. Basic Administrative Skills Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). |

6.3 Work Experience |
Minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation within an NGO or charity organization |
