Job Purpose

To manage the day-to-day HR administrative functions for the BPC & BPP handling a variety of HR administration tasks and requests as required.  

Main Tasks and Accountabilities

  • Provide Human Resource administrative support for Bezahn Petco & Power Plant and all business within that energy Sector.
  • Ensure the business(s) adheres effectively to local employment legislation and identify any variance.
  • Utilize the HRMIS system to manage and control the Leave Management and provide reports and queries to assist in the daily HR administration functions
  • Manage all leave requests leave data and actions as required.
  • Manage the Attendance System, & Maintain the daily attendance record.
  • Apply the Approved HR policies and procedures to all HR activity
  • Answer staff inquiries related to Leaves, and other administrative issues where appropriate.
  • Assists other members of HR staff in resolving HR issues arising.
  • Arrange for Visa & Residency and assurance the process flow for both.
  • Maintain the Arrangements for Transportation and Accommodation with Administration department
  • Administer the departure and on boarding of employees with HR business Partner
  • Arrange and Book flight tickets for Employees and their Families.
  • Raise the weekly and monthly attendance report to HR BP & Payroll Specialist.
  • Implements and follows all safety, fire health and environmental policies of the Company at all times.
  • Be ready to undertake similar or related duties as and when required.

Working Environment

100% of time spent in an Air-conditioned office, in BPC and BPP

Background Knowledge and Experience

Education Level – Minimum

                                 Preferred

A Degree in HR, Administration or a related subject.

An HR qualification would be an advantage
