Job Purpose
This role combines the responsibilities of managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, and performing admin clerical tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Main Tasks and Accountabilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized at all times.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person with accurate and helpful information.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Main Tasks and Accountabilities
- Assisting admin team members with clerical tasks as required.
- Input and update data accurately into the company’s systems, databases, and spreadsheets. Organizing and maintaining physical and digital records
- Inventory and supplies management- coordinating with the supervisor and maintaining kitchens stock levels.
- Ensure all information is correct, up to date, and well-organized.
- Manage and maintain digital records, ensuring ease of access and retrieval.
- Prepare reports, forms, and other documents as needed.

Background Knowledge and Experience
Education Level |
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree, Bachelor degree or relevant certification is a plus. |
Work Experience |
Proven experience as a receptionist, data entry clerk, or similar role is preferred. |
