Job Purpose

To drive sales of home appliances and electronics within the showroom, provide an excellent customer experience, and support showroom marketing initiatives to increase footfall, promote products, and enhance brand visibility. The role balances direct sales responsibilities with retail marketing activities.

Main Tasks and Accountabilities

  • Welcome customers and understand their needs.
  • Present, demonstrate, and explain product features and benefits.
  • Upsell and cross-sell complementary products.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Assist in implementing in-store promotions and campaigns.
  • Set up displays, price tags, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure products are displayed according to brand and merchandising guidelines.
  • Participate in product launch events and seasonal campaigns.

Main Tasks and Accountabilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales requests.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain contact with potential buyers.
  • Support warranty, installation, or service coordination requests.
  • Report daily sales performance and feedback to the Showroom Supervisor .
  • Coordinate with Marketing on in-store campaigns and product launches.
  • Work with Logistics/Inventory to ensure stock availability in the showroom.
