Job Purpose
Prepare and following spare part and purchasing orders, prepare electrical drawing, as-built drawings and manage the MOCs,follow up the email and make failure report, failure analysis, leading team and taking team responsibility and evaluate the electrical faults, make maintenance plan.
Main Tasks and Accountabilities
• Safety oriented: Keeps safety in mind always – looks out for the safety of teammates and self.
• Evaluate equipment performance and maintenance costs to identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities
• Provide comprehensive power plant performance, leadership and support. In particular analyse, monitor and report plant and system performance and condition through assessing operational and maintenance data.
• Develop and or review the Planned Maintenance (PM) activities on all control systems.
• Carry out all personal management duties including weekly recording of man-hour commitments to individual projects and reporting on a monthly basis particular project fee input information.
• Ensure application and maintenance of all electrical System procedures.
• Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings, and ensure documentation and records in use are reviewed, approved by the consultant.
• Responsible for troubleshooting plant issues, using technical knowledge in recommending course of action; aptitude for determining causes of failure.
• Works with Maintenance and Operations personnel to evaluate and resolve equipment issues.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in the resolution/prevention of equipment problems. Lead or participate in plant Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and processes to ensure corrective actions, repairs or Identify, evaluate and provide solutions to complex technical problems in a timely manner.
• Performs other duties and administrative tasks as assigned by the direct Manager.
• Identify root cause of failures and implementing quick breakdown solutions to put the equipment back in operation within minimum turnaround time.
• Carry out or supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, test equipment’s and installation activities.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance, outage work, and emergency work.
• Perform and prepare spare part for electrical system.
• Prepare failure report or maintenance report per requirement.
• Undertake all other duties as may be required to assist in the fulfilment of the primary objectives of the Directors.
• Carry out all arrangement and organize electrical documents and drawings .
• Carry out documents, drawing, software, test sheets, archiving.
• Write project scope and material specifications.
• Strong analytical skills and proven problem solver in both team and independent environments
• Capable of working independently with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a short time frame.
• Must be able to communicate complex issues to management and peers clearly, concisely and accurately.
• Undertakes similar or related work as directed by senior management.
• Appropriate response to working as overtime whenever is required.

Working Environment
The majority of work is spent on office 20% of time may be in plant and Workshop.

Background Knowledge and Experience
