1. Job Purpose
The Recruitment Specialist is a key member of the HR team and is responsible for ensuring the Talen Acquisition area is operating effectively which includes manpower planning, connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications, evaluating candidates for roles of various fields and seniority levels and supporting Talent acquisition lead.
2. Main Tasks and Accountabilities
Researching and identifying candidate:
Recruitment specialists monitor an organization’s vacancies and work to fill them by identifying potential employees. Utilize hiring sites and job boards like LinkedIn, Naukri, OGJS etc. to explore talent, as well as internal networking databases.
Managing interview screenings:
First point of contact between an organization and a potential hire. Strong knowledge of the hiring requirements for each position and are the effective mouthpiece for what the company wants. Perform initial phone screens to shortlist qualified candidates. He / She will typically conduct a screening interview and ask important baseline questions that assess a candidate’s fit for the role. Make recommendations to the hiring manager for further interviews.
Organizing job listings:
Recruitment specialists manage all job listings and monitor incoming applications via job boards and websites. He / She has a deep knowledge of the requirements for each position and use their communication skills to write interesting job adverts that encourage applicants to apply.
Managing recruitment activities:
He / She may coordinate and organize job fairs, campus recruitment events, and more.
Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reporting:
Preparing recruitment reports, Hiring Status, Vacant Position, Time to Fill, Cost of Hiring and Nationality Diversity reports etc.

6. Background Knowledge and Experience
BA Degree in HR, Business Administration, Business Management, & Management preferred
4-6 - years of experience in full-cycle recruiting activity in multinational organisation.
