Job Purpose

Increasing the satisfaction of customers and preparing the required information to improve the products. And assisting the service centre supervisor to track and follow up the CRM cases.

Main Tasks and Accountabilities

•    Receiving and welcoming customers
•    Responsible for notifying the customers once the repair is completed
•    Responsible for using the CRM system (opening and closing cases) for Authorised technicians on monthly basis
•    Responsible for using the spare parts CRM system to open cases for cash customers
•    Making the reports for issues that need to be sent to factory (IGL, ICR)
•    Responsible for preparing compressors/ motors reports
•    Assist the company in any necessary duties to achieve company goals.
•    Explain use and installation of items and a brief explanation of the item how to use where required to customer.

•    Prepare invoices for the units that entering to the service centre.

Working Environment

An office environment is provided. Travelling inside KRG and Iraq is required.

Background Knowledge and Experience

Education Level 

Minimum- Diploma degree in mechanical /electrical
Preferred -Bachelor degree in engineering

Work Experience

•    1 year of relevant experience.
