Title: Talent Management Analyst

Job Purpose
The Talent Management Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining data-driven approaches to support performance management, learning & development, and overall talent initiatives. This role will provide analytical support, design metrics, and recommend data-backed strategies to enhance employee performance, engagement, and development across the organization.
Main Tasks and Accountabilities
People Analytics & Data Management
- Develop and manage talent analytics dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee performance, learning effectiveness, and workforce planning.
- Utilize HR analytics tools to provide data-driven insights that support decision-making for Talent Management and HR strategies.
- Conduct trend analysis to identify areas for improvement in employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Support workforce planning by forecasting future talent needs based on data-driven trends.
- Performance Management Support
- Partner with the Performance Management Specialist to assess performance evaluation trends and propose enhancements to goal-setting, feedback mechanisms, and employee assessments.
- Design and implement data-driven methodologies for measuring the effectiveness of performance improvement plans.
- Support leadership in creating talent review reports that highlight high-potential employees and succession planning needs.
Main Tasks and Accountabilities
Learning & Development (L&D) Enhancement
- Work with the Learning & Development Specialist to assess the impact of training programs and recommend improvements using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Develop models to measure return on investment (ROI) for training programs.
- Analyze skills gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions to enhance workforce capabilities.
Talent Management Optimization
- Collaborate with Talent Management & HR Performance Lead to align talent analytics with business strategy and workforce planning.
- Design frameworks for tracking internal career progression and promotion effectiveness.
- Assist in developing predictive models for employee retention and engagement strategies.
- Research and benchmark best practices in talent analytics and HR technology solutions.

Background Knowledge and Experience
Education Level |
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. |
Professional Qualifications or licenses |
SHRM or CIPD is preferred |
Work Experience | 4+ years of experience in HR analytics, performance management, learning & development, or a related HR function |
