Reporting Lines

Job Purpose

To plan and execute in-market activities that increase product visibility, improve brand presence in retail channels, support sell-out at dealers and showrooms, and ensure marketing strategies are correctly implemented at the point of sale. The role acts as the bridge between Marketing and Sales to convert marketing plans into real, measurable results in stores.

Main Tasks and Accountabilities

  • Visit dealers and showrooms regularly.
  • Ensure correct product placement and display standards.
  • Install and monitor POS materials, banners and roll-ups, window branding, shelf talkers and price cards and demo areas
  • Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently.
  • Implement promotional campaigns in stores.
  • Coordinate installation and removal of campaign materials.
  • Ensure correct pricing and promotion mechanics are communicated in-store.
  • Support new product launches at retail level.

Main Tasks and Accountabilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team on dealer priorities and needs.
  • Support key dealers with marketing materials and activation ideas.
  • Train dealer staff on product features and promotions (if required).
  • Collect dealer feedback on products and campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activities such as promotions, pricing, displays, and new products

  • Report market insights to marketing management.
  • Prepare market visit reports with photos.
  • Track POS material distribution.
  • Report execution gaps and improvement areas.
  • Coordinate with installers, printers, and branding suppliers.
  • Supervise quality of installations.

  • Field-based role (70–80%).
  • Daily travel to dealers and showrooms.
  • Standing and walking in stores and warehouses.
  • Carrying light marketing materials occasionally.
  • Exposure to heat, dust, traffic during visits.
